Going to 2 months since the initial announcement.
Hence it wouldn' t be long for the confidential talks between the 2 parties to end.
At the most, will it another month.
The price is the issue given its earnings vs NTA.
Compromise is needed.
1.59 again, breakout 1.60 means deal confirm, and halt soon??? MAI TUI LIAO. Break that wall
if not today, tomorrow. this week bare min 1.65. good chance HALT. deal more or less settled. haha i scared i buy now, later kenna insider HAHA

We have forumers using TA and claim of his inside information, all of these are merely cheap talks.
Just have to wait and hope for the best.
Even if it does not materialise, Sunningdale might outperform all expectations and generates better returns than an outright sale at this point of time.

More importantly should be the outlook of the industry and the company.
dun agree on the last part. takeover at a good price will generate much better returns
