All who bought at 8c are already in the money. Let see if the same massive share dump would happen this market closing time. If no then we can expect price to close up.

You guys missed the memo, the spammers have requested a 1 week.extention to going below 8cents, next week they will evaluate the chances and request for extension of date. In the mean time they will continue spamming the rest of us. The price is being set at this level to accumulate more shares, we wont see a move in prices most likely till midweek next week. The SMA20 and SMA50 should hopefully have a crossover by then providing the trigger to move ahead. Until then just sit tight.
Please forgive this guy. He kana burnt too badly by Keppel corp. From $10+ 10+ years ago until now less than half.
Poor chap...what stock market can do to some people.

quite true, the only thing tat is holding the 8cts price bracket is investors are waiting for the merger news, only this can resurrect this share

Need positive news like merge, new contract or management refresh to charge. Frankly speaking, if another charge base on no news, I may follow the dump as it' s maybe another P& D 😂

What SCM facing now is exactly what Shipyards in Europe facng 10-15 years ago.
They are no longer the cost effective, labour effective preferred yard.
There are still shipyards in Europe survive well like Keppel O& M now.
So, We may only require 1 shipyard company in singapore, she will be Keppel O& M.

The paper bears post alot .. but what they didnt explain is. How come SMM is not below 8c as per their astute prediction and reasoning.
All we see now is more shit postings put out by them. Not that i read them. Im not sure if anyone really bother to read.

SMM knows itself and its peer ranking.
To openly declare its many problems now is to protect itself in future failures...that everyone already knows the problems SMM faces.
To blame covid for lack of manpower and supply chain problem is a convenient way to defect self incompetency. To blame morale problem in the dorm to food suppliers is not to take responsibility. A supplier will do what you want because you are holding the purse

SMM has been stating their problems clearly and openly. Yet some investors choose to close an eye to the truth and expect SMM to defeat the 1st and 2nd companies to win billion dollar contracts.

Good points. So if investors know SMM' s problems, is it realistic for them to expect SMM to win $12B new contracts soon? and to shout 12.4c, 30c, 40c and accuse others who mention facts of rumour mongering and trying to talk down SMM' s price? We are just stating facts abd SMM losses and lack of new contracts? Is speaking facts wrong?

But, the biggest contract which is substation platform go to vietnam, PTSC.
SCM already completely lose the shallow water platform jacket projects to regional competitors.

most competent managerial level working in SMM have moved on alredi when they are so used to those days of 6-9 months bonuses, now are left with skeleton structure to maintain the current construction workload, not to mention the lack of workers on the ground that actually do the work
Everyone know SCM problems and no need keep spamming SCM problems, I myself clearly know the current SCM management are really incompetent. Those vested are betting 8cts will be current bottom price and with TH as a control stake holder, upsize potential is greater than downsize risk.

A bad Mgmt Board and an incompetent Mgmt Team can run a good company into the ground
A major role of the mgmt is to foresee problems ahead, then come out with action plans/solutions to tackle the problems before they become too big and unmanageable.

If SMM keeps saying for months that it has workers problems, it has logistics problems and SMM is unable to make any headway, shdn' t retail investors as owners ask SMM what are they doing abt the problems? Dont just mention the problems. What are SMM plans to overcome problems?
