Now punchet back down to around $2.84 level......but if discount for the dividend of 12c, it's only at $2.72. So back to re-entry zone again?

Spare Cash from the divestments of non core assets such as MFlex : )

 

As long gone as you have the shares on 2 May, you will get the dividends. You can sell on 3 May if you want and you will get the dividends.

 

Stock is trading with cum div....therefore yes! DYODD

Looking to hoot more on dips....esp with its 12c dividend and chance to see a price surge when a firm offer is submitted btw now is in the month of April. At this price the chance of price tanking is less....should continue to see this trading in a tight range with little volume. Comparing this with other property stocks.....this and GLP are the first to run due to takeover news but lately most of the rest have caught up in term %age of price increases but this and GLP are trading in a tight range with prices going nowhere. So if in case that the deal fell thru....the risk of seeing the share price tanking to the pre-takeover news level is highly unlikely but may likely see a 10-15% knee jerk reaction at most. On the other hand if an offer came thru....may see a 20-30% or more price surge. DYODD

 

It is already April. Announcement coming or not? Coincidentally and the good thing is that UE, OCBC and GE are all positve today.

My patience gave out....brought it at $2.75 last year before it fell to $2.20....held on and held on...when got to $2.90 hoped it go higher...but when fell to $2.80 gave up...taken money and put elsewhere....too impatient...
