COAL are in demand.  However, Large Giant such as PEABODY, Glencore, WHitehaven, Yancoal are not raising capacity as they believe short term spike.

 

As can be seen. ici 4 coal index futures all above 80 until the end of 2023.

Of course, this may change but the numbers give a good indication of where things

stand.

If these numbers are firm or better, Geo ho say liao until end 2023.

Fundamentals and valuation speak for itself

suppressed price does create a spring like effect that would
propel prices higher once suppression is removed 

Surely no one is thinking dividends will dry up as Geo Energy has a policy of paying out at least 30% of its earnings.

It seems like nothing can stop coal price from climbing as winter approaching, Geo & Golden Energy going to hv a very good FY2022. Believe its just a matter of time their shares price will reflect the companies earning.

Despite uncertainty.  Some members here try to influnce this is a good quality company and future.
Reason are stuck @ 0.5 above.  They just hope it will bounce back and relieve this value trap.

Actually. I think if they replace the current CEO with another reasonably competent person,

there should be no problem.

After all, with the company doing so well and coal in great demand, he just have to continue what the company is doing.

If it ain' t broke, don' t fix it.

Running an old world coal mine is not rocket science, I think. 

 

 

Geo price was suppressed due to this reason. Price will surge after this announcement.
