Mkt is bearish.Fri sell down with Big vol is very negative .It may cont to head lower.

Im bought at 72.5cents, now 64.5cents... feel heartattack.

For now i will let it stable first before i put my money in... Probably after fed meetings and see how... Based on summary analysis APTT have negative cash flow and quite high debt... So dunno how the fed meeting will impact...

Couldn' t help it. Bought some at 0.63. Let' s see what news will unravel. 

 

It's dropping a lot more than other reits which are already dropping heavily. Wonder what's the news...

Dropping so drastically Tdy.What happen? Interest rate up also cannot drop so fast right.. Something is wrong .. High dividend Super High risks. Not worth the risk

 

It still dropping and continue to drop... Better stay away first... Like never stop stopping... Maybe after fed meeting it will become worst... Will not vest for now...

Much as the dividends and yields are tempting - I am wary of this counter due to (1) the younger internet savvy generation turning to other media sources as opposed to cable TV, and (2) the risk of loss of its cable contracts in Taiwan someday rendering this a company wiithout a core  business or otherwise  greater competition or introduction of new players into its existing markets (like what happens in Singapore).  Happy to hear contrarian views on these two concerns.

Saw this youtube by hu liyang. He does not encourage people to trade more as now is the downtrend. He advise against buying for long term.   i think he is right. Most of us get burn because we keep on buying when price continue to go down. Seldom rebounce
