technically, capitaland seems to have extra roots at 2.64 level ... seems like extra reinforcements add ?
recent move from 2.64 to 2.75 hinted of healthy interests at 2.64 ?
If You notice this CEO performance, LML, he just simply ride the market.
Now KeppelLand is going to over take him.
For Capital Land to do well for investors and the common good. This CEO need to be replaced. Thats real!

The europe factor causes Capitalland to drop more than its dividend...very difficult to move up with so many scrips..even attending as a proxy amny pple lament about its weak share price,management simply offer can't be help good company but held hostage to world economic situtaion..its CEO lLiew Mun Leong hinted..so do U expect this guy earning so much at Capitalland's expense will do something..fat hope

Last AGM I attended price went up to $4.30..but only sold at $4.10 cum dividend,one yera fwd price $2.95 after ex may be dropped back to $2.50 ie their buy back price...ever dropped to $2.11 too jus wait and be patient..lucky to hve switched to Bukit Sembawang price difference nearly $1...besides maybe bonus issue as suggested by CEO at Amara Hotel last year...the way Abderdeen is collecting Bukit Sembawang makes me switch out of Capitalland |

When analyst calls, we the buyer must be mre beware. Look at starhill global, some analyst says it will go to 80 cents but, when the upgrade was done, more ppl are selling instead of buying. Why? this is because the seller knows when analysts calls, the price is high and its time to sell. as for he buyer, they will thought its the right time to buy. The buyer entered the market and Less than 2 weeks, the buyer suffered paper losses and waits for the next season to sell.
As for capland, its the blue chip counter. that means it moves in tandem with the STI relatively. if we expect the STI to falls to 2750 then why buy now? Jan capland is just priced at $2.28. if STI falls to 2750 then, if the price is $2.38 is a good price.
However, I would personally prefer kepland as the rental for the Keppel financial centre is stable. Offices sign up and rent for 2years and 1 year option to renew.

On Monday, Capitaland re-test the resistance at $2.95 and closed at $2.94 with LOW volume of 8.65 million shares traded.
During the past 10 bars, there have been 3 white candles and 6 black
candles for a net of 3 black candles. During the past 50 bars, there
have been 20 white candles and 24 black candles for a net of 4 black
candles.
Both RSI & MACD are flat as RSI trend sideways.
