Well, with the recent volume spike + multitude of buybacks from the company itself, looking forward to bewildering good news - other than the dividend. :)

Our preference: the upside prevails as long as 0.397 is support.

Alternative scenario: the downside breakout of 0.397 would call for 0.388 and 0.382.

Comment: the RSI is above 70. It could mean either that the stock is in a lasting uptrend or just overbought and therefore bound to correct (look for bearish divergence in this case). The MACD is positive and above its signal line. The configuration is positive. Moreover, the stock is trading above both its 20 and 50 day MA (respectively at 0.39 and 0.38). Finally, Second Chance Properties has crossed above its upper daily Bollinger band (0.4). Second Chance Properties is currently trading near its 52 week high reached at 0.42 on 04/09/12.
