Why should you be reprimanded by anyone since the information that you are sharing is publicly available information ?

If Big T is part of the financing consortium for the take over bid, will be great news indeed.

Great investment.

Do we Asians ' look down' on ourselves ? So that' s why we dye our hair blonde pink blue ? Hehe : ))

That' s why we hip hop around so that ' s cooooool ?

Okie. if that is the style, i will dye my hair blonde like pure gold tomorrow, and change my english to american slang.

change my japanese car to european continental.

I tried to think hard, think deep, why ? why when Asians in general when they deal with Europeans, it is always so Shuang Kuai.

The Japanese no matter how cash-powerful they were in the 80s, they still hold the Europeans and Americans ' in high regard' .

The Mainland CHinese now also. No matter how successful they are, they seem to ' adore anything European or American' .

Look at the bid for Cinema Chain in US. The bid for Club Med in Europe.

Why ? I am starting to feel a bit ' inferior' now as an Asian, why do I suddenly have such a feeling ?

In my opinion, the difference between Superman and others (or most), is that when Superma do buisness, he seems forthright, very 爽 快 。

Just look at the Bid Offer for O2.  yes

the sell queue is practically " none" or non-existent. think they dont want to let go any more chips.

If only BBs like Oei see my post here, he would snap up some for " bargaining" i believe so.

Just look at the sell Queue, practically except only a little 1 mil over shares parked at $0.33 (read below and understand-bly so) , not much chips (shares in this case) for you to snap up. Why ? Sigh.

Either the fund managers HERE are supportive (goodwill ?) , or their value spotting " is weak" in my best opinion.

They are happy cos they dont see any retail or locally based institutional funds (which I think are " very weak" in their value spotting) in acquiring more " bargaining chips" as holders.

I only remmeber one Classic : Oei HL vs NatSteel

Oei not only helped himself when he spotted value then, he helped many minority holders in getting a better (higher) price from the management buy-out team.

So tomorrow market opens, you volunteer to buy 1 lot (100 shares) at $ 1.

Cost you $ 100 only.

When your said scenario happens, the minimum offer price = $ 1

Nice deal ?  smiley  yes

Company just announced EGM to renew 10% share buyback :)

btw does anyone know if there is a minimum offer price in an event that the free float goes below 10% because of a buyback (rather than a direct increase in stake?). In the case of the latter the minimum offer price is the highest price paid in the last 6 mths...
