Earnings season, 1st Q of 2021. ☆ 》 14 S-Reits had reported their distributions per unit (DPUs) end April, averaging 31% increase year on year (yoy). ☆ 》 》 Another 10 S-Reits are expected to announce quarterly business updates or financial results in May.

sasseur REIT could cross 1 dollar if qoq dpu continues to grow and may hit more than 2c in 1q21.

creeping up to 90c now, before end of the year should cross 1 dollar.
Good dividend stock even in very bad year, 2020. Year 2021 even better dividend..:)

I saw it on SGX announcement dated 11 March, but I think is not the CEO selling it.. this part I believe I got it wrong.. sorry.

Strong buying with big volume today.Likely from funds and DPU for 1Q21 expected higher than same quarter last year.👍 💪
The CEO sell away 7% of his share amount, strange ?
buy and hold sasseur reit for its high qtrly dpu growth rate. going forward dpu could hit more than 2c per qtr.
Ex-date is today.Last day to buy to entitle dividend is ytd.
Today price dropped adjusted for dividend.
