any good news coming ??
I also benefited from these years of dividen paid out, own it before the reverse stock split, 5 to 1, I would be very happy if an offer of say $2, comes by, liked the share but do fall in love with it, I can take my money and move on. There are many fishes in the pond, just got to catch the right one!

It will be good if we know what is the PE for the same industry in HK market.

the count-down to any possible announcement / trading-halt should start soon as 1 week since lapsed .... due-diligence work more of formality ..... all that matters is whether offer-price is compelling ..... historical 36 months high is $2.36 ...... so how far / near will the offer be? Transacted volume today speaks-volume, so ......

To spend net cash 250m to buy Sinningdale & re-list in HK better than to spend 205m to buy Hyflux. Isn' t it.
