U mention Aggregate Fund. How branded or how big are they. From my knowlege they are smallish in size & not ranked at all.
U mention Teh HL, who is she in the fund mgt league? I remember a BT journalist by this name but she is greenhorn in fund mgt.
U mention Aggregate Fund buying into Sunningdale. How many % they hold? they are not on top 20 (incl 0.5%) list for the past 3 yrs.?
Hope I have not offended you. But you mention privatisation in your post earlier which is also not true.

despite placement at low px, so fierce buying UP by auto/algorithm trading, speed of trade @ split seconds.

just like any share, after the hype, it will return to mean. u can look at sam goi' s other shares
e.g JB food, yamada, beautyworld etc...
just punt with caution.. value wise still reasonable to me as current prices is at 33% discount from NAV

not far from Sam Goi' s purchase price 16.3c.
