End of March is coming. Still no news.

 

Now trading at $2.83 and after dividend of 12c.....actually the share price is just $2.71. It's a cheap buy considering its a target for takeover. Can consider to re-enter at this level before the opportunity is over?

 

1. Any dips is a buy
2. Wait for the 12 cents dividends. Coming soon.

Those who jeeped after 14 Feb may be suffering a paper loss and running out of patience esp other property counters also having a good run while this is trending lower awaiting for the takeover offer. I bought earlier so still holding and can understand the sinking feeling ha ha. Will buy more on dips....but at this level not adding yet. Cannot buy on contra.....DYODD

 

Same sentiiment...be holding this counter for very long time...had paper losses but now least got back to the black...but not got much patience to hold much longer...seems like headed south again...not certain if should cash out and put money elsewhere where got better chance more money...cannot decide...

over the past several sessions, OCBC has been amazingly firm .....

anticipating  a strong technical breakout in the coming days .....

What about KKR? Isnt it mentioned? Also the local listed and unlisted entities maybe possibly involved?

 

Shortlisted parties include 2 china parties, 1 HK based outfit , Samling Msia , and TCC Top enteprise related to thai billionaire. ( source: edge malaysia )

Though UE assets are of quality freehold , there is need for extra $ to spruce/enhance them.

For those unfamiliar to local commercial properties scene ,it becomes challenging to take over UE and make those assets work from day one. So I suspect that the bids maybe competitive but may

not be high. Also the sellers are known to be very hardball with the asking price......DYOHW

and if the UE sale materialise, it will then likely shoot  beyond 9.80 (and probably 10) .....

guess the UE thing is closing up soon .....
