Wow! So bad! Target price reduced to $1.10 only. So I think its recent low of $1.135 will not hold.

Downgrade to Sell: Reduced Order Book, Negative NPAT Revision ....
■ Negative earnings revisions reduce rating to Sell - FY14 PATMI estimate has been trimmed by 47% given subdued EPC wins exiting FY13. Consequently, we have reduced our target price to S$1.10(S$1.62 previously) representing 8% downside from current levels - our target price implies 20x PER average earnings across FY14, FY15 and includes potential gains from asset divestments assuming a 20% gain (equivalent to S$0.44 per share).
We believe that a valuation band at PER 20x average earnings across FY14, FY15 remains relevant given the scarcity of the water technology sector here. This is ~15% discount vs. industry peers (which on average are at 24x PER), justifiable due to Hyflux's relatively subdued earnings growth profile vs. peers in the next 12-24 months.    ...last:$1.190...
Breakout with high volume. Woohooooo.
HO HO HORSAY .... FINALLY CHIONG CHIONG
I see more green, more likely there is going to be a break- out soon .... Huat Ah !!!

HSBC opines that given Hyflux?s earnings has been historically driven by Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) projects, weak earnings is through 1H14 in the absence of large active EPC projects. The nearest is Dahej project, which is expected to begin in 2H14. Net income may further be weighed down by upfront costs of the Dahej project. HSBC also expects new orders as tough to win given the intense competition in the Middle East, North Africa (MENA), China and India. 2012 and YTD 2013 contract wins had been below HSBC?s expectations and the increasing preference for Built Operate Transfer structure for large water project by regulators is a disadvantaged to smaller balance sheet players like Hyflux. HSBC reiterates U/W, and cuts TP to $1.1 (decrease from $1.34)

Hyflux is pleased to
