I am holding PCRD shares and looking forward to a speedy corporate action - either 1) privatization and delisting or 2) sale of non-PCCW assets of PCRD, award as dividends and convert remainder of PCRD as pure PCCW stock in SGX, which is fungible in HKSE.  But I think option 2) is more cumbersome and assume the generosity of Richard Li in unlocking PCRD share value.    And  since there is no other SSH (own more than 5% of the shares) other than Richard Li and associates, I think it is quite meaningless for him to carry on listing in SGX.

I don' t know whether we need to wait for PCCW to decide  on the  purchase 49% of Dailymotion from Orange ...

There should not be many shareholders.   Richard Li and the other top 20 shareholders probably control more than 90% of the shares in PCRD.   Hence, 3 to 5 shareholders reply in this forum will be considered alot of respondents already.   Haha.
