always got attracted by the high yield and psa buying.
but what is the problem? why is it selling at this low price base on dividend.
key questions will the port activities continue to be stable, grow or go down.
will the productivity improve to get better margin or will they be at mercy of port workers until margin go down and down.
what is the risk of competition from more and more ports in china. is southern china changing from manufacturing to a chinese silicon valley.

is there any upside potential like developing their port land into housing,since hk is short of housing land.
do they own the land of the port or they just operate it?
when something is cheap there is a reason and most of the time it is valid until proven otherwise. most of the time not so wise.
