This is company is not making money.
It now depends on settlement money from law suits to stay alive.
Very sad indeed. It was once the darling with share hovering at $80.

Yes, I am really proud of Mr Sim.
The only problem is  he has no foresight.
He created the mp3 JukeBox but later commercialized by others.
I think foresight is more important than the product.

Creative is a wonderful comany. I use a few of their products, like speakers, soundcard (in the past). All very good quality and last forever.
And it has got good R& D. Apple, Samsung and many companies have exploited its technology and made great products.

Agree....bgt some to keep.
Any ideas when verdict is out? Think Creative can easily make another USD 50 - 100 millions on this lawsuit?

Creative subsidiary files patent infringement lawsuit against Nvidia in the US
Tue, Oct 03, 2017 - 8:51 AM
CREATIVE Technology' s wholly owned subsidiary, ZiiLabs, has filed a patent infringement lawsuit in the United States against tech company Nvidia Corporation, according to an announcement on Tuesday.
ZiiLabs Inc' s patent portfolio includes patents in the graphics, processor and 3D spaces. Four of these patents have been asserted in the lawsuit, in which ZiiLabs is claiming damages for.
Creative had previously won legal tussles against Apple Inc. In 2005, the group secured a US$100 million settlement with the iPhone giant over patent infringement claims, and in 2015, ZiiLabs won another case alleging that Apple products had infringed 10 of its patents. As part of the settlement, Apple had to obtain a licence for ZiiLabs' patents.
Creative closed 3.04 per cent higher to S$1.185 a share on Monday.
