One of the worst, if not the worst dividend stock in SGX.  My Hong Kong friend said Li Ka Shing basically offloaded his sinking asset to SG investors.

If drop to 27.5cts means market is factoring another 15% drop in div.  Waiting for 27.5cts.

Today D-Day to break 29c. Fallen much in recent days but seems like there's no stopping in selling down.

Actually most trust will eventually lose money unless it?s property related trust in key cities where the value of land is booming . Unless they owned the land , it?s sifficult to see how hph can be highly profitable when they lease ports. This trust was ipo-ed to realise shareholders value in the first place . Like most IPOs nowadays , they are listed because they no longer has that kind of earning potential . If my business is doing well , why would I share my profit with others . If listing is to raise capital , I can simply do it in a private ntire where the interest rate are low. I basically think that nowadays 95% ipos in Singapore will end up underwater . I won?t be surprised if it?s 100%. Sgx is not doing enough to prevent short sellers from doing that .
better avoid...its one way down since ipo...rev n profit n div hampalang all dropping...vry high debt...dyodd...

LKS' s son has taken over, hope he sells off HPH trust lah, the seafront plot of land the various ports sit on are more valuable than the port biz. 
I believe LKS are facing problem " linked" with China politic connected issue.
Some of his biz should impact badly where now, he step down and pass the fire ball to his son.
