For the bros. i called the hanwell investor relations to check on 1st Half FS coming out date.
So the IR dude on leave. so likely scenario is that results is good so can afford to take leave before FS is released.

haha, yeah man bought in quite a few times already. Quite lucky to have caught it when it was cheaper.
In the past Hanwell was faulted for low divs and being setup as a holding coy to serve interests of the main shareholders(sam goi and others).
But if you look at their balance sheet and their cash on hand, i can help but think what are they going to do with it.
Based on historics, they probably will buy up some distressed assets(properties) or reinvest back into their core essential businesses.
Maybe build a mask factory in their existing warehouse at boon lay and secure some government production contracts.
What hanwell does with its big cash position is key if ur intending to hold it for more than 3 yrs.

Damn think need to revise my analyst estimates upwards. Looks like hanwell is going to be a small cap sheng shiong stock lol.
As previously stated. if you want to hit and run, hold for 1 month and release. Acceptable sell point is ~25c.
If can hold till year end, noting covid pandemic shifts, 27c to 30c/share is fair.
If you can tough it out and hold till the end of days with Hanwell insider management for > 5 years. Think they will delist and return u more than current NAV /share at $0.5/share
Other than that the buy/sell volume is quite high today which is quite indicative of potential hanwell insiders buying in ahead of the good news for the coming earnings release.

Yup, their financial statements should be out this Friday 7th Aug' 20.
Hanwell had more than usual trading volume today, so anyone here selling at 21-22 cents range should really lead up their sell off price around 24 cents and above.
Looking at how things are going, think very soon the outstanding floating shares will be bought back by existing management. So if you can afford to hold long, they just might buy you out at a premium as hanwell is cash rich and doesnt need to raise more cash in open market.
If you get bought out, ur looking at selling above 50c/share range based on NBV.
Otherwise for other folks here, if you wanna get hanwell shares now, should buy in before their coming earnings results.
