Nowadays businesses so bad still got buyer to take it privatization?
the holding annoucement is highly probable of someone takingover the whole company, if other than this just halt and release news, eg new shareholders injection. vested at $1.4x heavily
My guess is around S$2, around NAV price because these assets are income producing..all the best to those vested.
Still absorbing very well at 1.61. Looking good

To privatise at 1.80 (10% discount from NAV/NTA) or more? Your view please.
To me, price actions says a lot...since the Company put out the update announcement, the share price has continued to climb and pls bear in mind the board members are veterans (https://sdaletech.com/about-us/board-of-directors/) ...particularly Mr Koh Boon Hwee.
Mr Koh is an old hand at M& A for electronics manufacturing...remember he sold off his electronics firm, Omni industries at a good premium. Hopeful that Mr Koh will help Sunningdale shareholders get a good price.
let hope 2nd round later ....

Looking at the pieces of the jigsaw, there is (a) serious buyer .... so all hinges on the price esp if intent is to take it private

Hmm...i want to point out something that was in the latest announcement, " The Board wishes to inform shareholders of the Company that the Company is in confidential discussions in relation to the Possible Transaction."
If board doesn' t think that the incoming buyer is geninue or the offer is interesting, no point having confidential discussions right?
The upward price actions of yesterday prob indicates that discusions are moving in the right track. Again, that is my own deduction...
