In May 2020, SIAS asked about the Interested Parties Transactions (where Vibropower had sales of $2.8 million in the financial year with Mason Industries Pte Ltd and Wizdenki Pte Ltd.)
These 2 companies are owned by the Brother of CEO Benedict Chen..

Do note that it is beautiful to see CHNG KAYS continuing to buy. It appears that the market really seems to be enhancing his SKIN. Hehe. It?s a rainbow at the end of the storms.

We prob can know who is dumping in the next few days if it is done by a substantial shareholder.
Given current state of things at Vibropower, CHNG Beng Hock is the only white knight willing to step up and try do something positive for shareholders.
2mil + more warrants converted. Dumping expected to continue. High volume selling comes from warrants conversion. Bloody.
I completely agree with WBdisciple sis.
It is important to note that there are many baffling questions here.
It is time for us the SHAREHOLDERS WITH THE SKIN IN THE GAME to do something about it. It is our hard earned money, our blood, our sweat, our tears.
It is now time for us to get the CHANGE that we want. There are too many of what Karchongg calls skinless in the game. Karchongg does not likes. In order to generate value for shareholders in the skin in the game, we need to put our money where the mouth is, cannot lose the custody.

More and more questions arising everyday for Vibropower shareholders to take note..haiz..
Lead Inpendent Director of Vibropower appointed as lawyer of Vibropower to take on lawsuit...
Vibropower is his client? and at the same time, he is Lead Independent Director?
Given the current state of things at Vibropower, one will need a strong heart and deep pockets.
CHNG' s family background is quite solid and he has been buying and buying, putting his money where his mouth is.
Look forward to have CHNG revive Vibropower' s fortunes so that shareholders can all benefit!!!
Who is dumping ? All Red today. The Chen or the Chng or the minority run road.
As Vibropower shareholders, we need to band together and take positive actions to change the Company.
Otherwise, our hard earn money seems to be going down the drain given Vibropower' s poor business performance for the past 3 years
many other questions lurking in the background that the current Board of Vibropower needs to address:
1. Why engage Lead Independent Director as the lawyer in the lawsuit against others?
2. Why proposed EGM resolution 9 - Share issue mandate? Company need more funds? Haven' t the board seen the impact of previous share placement (which was introduced by CEO Benedict Chen)?
