China exports/imports jumps in march to 30.6%/38.1% versus expectation 35.5%/ 23.3% ！ expect hpht to report very positive first half results and also increase its DPU payout in coming JULY.
Giving expectation of a total of ~ 2 + us cents payout for year ended 2021.....IMO , current stock price ( 23.5 usd cents) is Still considered attractive for mid /long term investors。

There are a lot of $$$ in the market now and it has to go somewhere....when Biden spend somemore, inevitably China will be benefitted because a lot of the materials and machinaries are produced in China as well...shipping of all these materials will benefit the transportation industry hence I am optimistic about port operators especially HPHT who is located in Greater Bay Area which is also the manufacturing hubs of China :p

If any sudden turn for worst, it only create new opportunities to load more.
