After so many months since last year 4th Qtr, what can be worst?? If results sucks big time, tomorrow will be a very dark day for those whom have keep faith in Vard. Close position & move on to other counters. If results meet expectation, just hold and let it drift higher like Ezion )

Lots of selling & buying at $1.055.... what will the Q1 results be?
I think most analysts expect a 'weak' result. Just a matter of how weak?
Big questions :
Margin ? How bad is it?? I hope for 10+% Ebitda is good enough for the stock to rally.... Lower than 10% will be a concern.
Guidance on Brazil?? Still bleeding? If any signs of stop bleeding...we will have a rally also....
Future contract guidance? I think we will have a positive guidance on this....but already expected.

The way I see the string of announced contracts coming out just before the Q1 13 result may signify a weak to disappointing result.

VARD SIGNS CONTRACT FOR ONE PLATFORM SUPPLY VESSEL WITH SIMON MØKSTER REDERI
Singapore, 13 May 2013 – Further to the press release on 23 April 2013 entitled “VARD signs Letter of Intent for one Platform Supply Vessel with Simon Møkster Shipping”, Vard Holdings Limited is pleased to announce that it has now entered into a contract with Simon Møkster Rederi for the design and construction of the Platform Supply Vessel (PSV).
The vessel, of VARD’s own PSV 06 LNG design, is scheduled for delivery in 1Q 2015 from Vard Aukra in Norway. The hull will be delivered from VARD in Romania.
The PSV 06 LNG is a new innovative design developed by Vard Design. The vessel will be a Clean Design environmentally friendly dual-fuel LNG / diesel-electric ship with focus on low fuel consumption and low emissions of greenhouse gases. The vessel will be approximately 94 meters long and 20 meters wide, and is designed to meet the requirements for support to the Goliat oil and gas field in the Barents Sea.
Simon Møkster Shipping has been awarded a charter contract by oil major Eni Norge for the operation of the vessel. In addition to regular PSV duties, the vessel is equipped for emergency operations like rescue, emergency towing, firefighting and oil recovery. At the stern of the vessel, a hangar will be fitted to accommodate an emergency towing winch, NOFO oil recovery equipment and a slipway for launch and recovery of rescue crafts.
Simon Møkster Shipping operates a large fleet of ships from its main office in Stavanger, Norway, and VARD has built several of these vessels in the past.

Gap covered, seems good support at $1.075. TA looks good. Buy at own risk > .< Either blue black on Wed or Huat huat huat !! Cheers !
...cautious type: wait for result release...
...TA type: wait for consolidate or break above $1.11-1.12 with exit point set...
...long term type: buy at current price maybe... many type of players each with different background...
.... so one need to make own decision base on your risk appetite etc ...
