Hmm...i want to point out something that was in the latest announcement, " The Board wishes to inform shareholders of the Company that the Company is in confidential discussions in relation to the Possible Transaction."
If board doesn' t think that the incoming buyer is geninue or the offer is interesting, no point having confidential discussions right?
The upward price actions of yesterday prob indicates that discusions are moving in the right track. Again, that is my own deduction...

The board of directors of the Company (the " Board" ) refers to the announcement released by the Company on 9 September 2020 informing shareholders of the Company that the Company had been approached in relation to a possible transaction involving the shares of the Company (the " Possible Transaction" ).
The Board wishes to inform shareholders of the Company that the Company is in confidential discussions in relation to the Possible Transaction. However, the Board wishes to emphasise that there is no certainty or assurance that any specific or definitive transaction will materialise as a result of these discussions.
Shareholders of the Company are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the shares of the Company and to refrain from taking any action in respect of their shares which may be prejudicial to their interests.
The Company will, in compliance with the applicable rules of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, make further announcements as appropriate.
Seems like reiterating continued talks on closer end of dicussion but no outcome yet.likely secnario is more play seen till final outcome.. next Q results next mth should have further updates or perhaps outcome.

i just read annoucement again, my advice those who are contra-ing got 5-8 pips please sell first. I think deal still brewing, timeline (no promises, my kangtao not so good) is end oct/early nov, latest end dec 2020. so in case BB do flushing, be careful!
let it pull back first.

As far as TA concerns, today price and volume are very good which being signifies something is brewing. Keep fingers crossed.
As mentioned in 20 Sep 20, if price able to break the 1.56 again then the next target shall be 1.68, 1.75, 1.92 convergence levels. 1.75 is a key convergence level should be achievable soon. Good luck everyone. Cheers!
