at the current price of 1.335 it does gives a very good yield!   Am tempeted to buy.   Anyone have any idea which BB is dumping the stocks?
If an investor you can look forward to opportunity to accumulate or start a position.... if a trader can short it down or..... cut loss- DYODD according to your trading plan

So many non-STI constituents plunged during the last few minutes of trading on Friday. What happened?
Yeah , was surprise that my buy order at 1.335 was filled. Thought just play play
put in buy order for fun. Sellers are big american names. Dont know if good or bad news

The price has been discounted since the announcement of rights.  Expect it to move higher (my opinion only)

Is this a good time to accept the right at $1.08
Is 7 for 40 rights issue, priced at $1.08. Based on theoretical ex-rights price (TERP) of $1.365, may drop a bit to that level  after ex-right.
Can anybody help me understand this issuance of rights ?
It's stated that the price will be at  $1.08 per lot. Will the price drop to $1.08 after ex-right ?
I'm not so deep but if not mistaken AIMS have like 2 years of fixed interest loans so rising interest would not affect it in short term.
Also their gearing quite low.
And I havent check much i think they are annoucing requistion of an Australian site with a good tenant this month.
So... fingers crossed.
Oh they also are developing to increase rentable area at Gul Way (2 more sections) and Defu lane. Where the effects  of additional income will be felt (for investor) in 1Q 2015 and 3Q 2014  respectively.
Please correct me if im wrong.
