Early morning before news come out already got ppl sell and short. haix insider trading again. SGX should really do something to catch these people.
fr the pass 4yrs its fy rev nvr grow....perhaps can drop to 3.00 or blw........
you like tat say... it will drop like SPH or M1..

Today only 6.8 M still have 32M shares to go...maybe at this rate sell untill next week than finish lah!!no one will buy it up for sure JP will sell it down!!....

SINGAPORE (REUTERS) - Shares of SIA Engineering sank to more than a six-year low on Wednesday morning (Oct 4) after news that JP Morgan is selling 38.8 million shares in the aircraft maintenance services provider for up to S$128 million.
The shares fell earlier in the morning by as much as 8.96 per cent to S$3.15, their lowest since January 2010. At around 10am, they were trading at S$3.26, down 5.76 per cent.
JP Morgan' s share sale is at a price range of S$3.11-S$3.30 per SIA Engineering share, implying a 4.6 to 10.1 per cent discount to the company' s pre-deal close of S$3.46.
Today' s low only 3.15.....
JP Morgan are selling 38.8 million shares..............so far today' s volume not near that number.
could be linked to the fact that SIAEC has been dropped from the ST Index.
sometime really dun know what BB like JP Morgan doing... JP Morgan sell Ascendas-i Trust Since 1.110 till 1.05... Then last today it shup back to 1.12...

3.60 is quite close to industry average pe 24x, but might slip lower on poor sentiment as privatisation by sia did not happen. Until SIA reveal transformation plan, it would remain range bound around 3.50

Want sell down then sell faster leh.. so slow .. should I clean sweep back to 3.70? Not a lot of sell queues to 3.70 ~
This is short on news, later would cover end of week if no investors sells. SIA linked companies always got manipulated by big players to push changes, they do a 7% plunge on SIA on 4q losses to force cost cutting on management and it went their way. June ops report shows 5% jump in load factor with no change in capacity most likely cutback on added frequency to push up load. Now big investors want big job cut to justify their support for stock price.
Hmmm weird ah .. They didn' t really make a loss, just earn lesser only mah ...
