This company IPO is by placement only. So all own friendly people holding the shares. So how to cash out? Answer: Use the bonus issue exercise to drive up interest in the stock. When everyone is holding and hoping for free shares, the insiders can start selling. They needed this liquidity to unload to outsiders.

Lots of selling once the bonus issue done. The free float increased by 60%. Risky stock to hold now, as earnings is only so so, PE ratio super high.

I?m happy with the bonus issues, even after bonus issues.... the price still above my buy-in price, now only pending the share of at least 75% profit to be credited to account :)

For SSH, percentage of shares own does not change, likewise for every shareholders. It just serve to dilute the share value. Its just like cutting a cake into more pieces and serving you an extra helping.

But not surprisingly, there are people who thought they really got a good deal.

On Oct 3, Unusual started moving up from 49 cents. Then it hit a VOIP of approx 78 cents highest yesterday.

Working backwards, for a 3 for 5 bonus issue based on the share price of 78 cents, the theoretical ex-bonus price should be around 49 cents also.

This means those who accumulated at 49 cents and pushed up to 78 cents, then went ex-bonus, will pick up 60% shares (3 out of 5 ) for free!

Apparently, this BIG MOVE since Oct 3 was orchestrated to pull off this bonus issue. Those who bought at current price of 77, 78 has anymore to gain?
