Europe operation seem to be gaining strength especially the automotive industry seem to be ramping up production on economy recovery. The gain for the sale of property have not been accounted, so 2014 should have a good head start...

If annualize the Q4 eps of 0.51 cents, it is 2.04 cents. What is the industry average PER? 15? Possibly, so a potential 30 cent stock, which is just slightly lower than the NAV of 33.03 cents per share.

the circuit breaker does not apply to penny stocks. Go read up. 50c and above only.

how will the circuit breaker rule spoil the rally? it applies when stock is going down too much isint it? unless the breaker also applies if it rise too much

This counter going to fall back to its previous high peak level soon. Or ever much lower.....
I think this coming circuit breaker rule implement by sgx going to spoil the penny stocks rally.
Here it goes
1. This gem had been consolidating for about 2 years since from feb 2012 to dec 2013 with price range 0.110 low to 0.145 high.
Any breakout above 0.145 with high volume implies that a bull that will run high up to the next resistance point at $0.285(done on 23th April 2010)
You may wonder why she can reach 0.285? It's because the consolidation phrase duration is about 2 years, which is 24 months is indeed a very long timing. And most importantly, this run up is coupled with a very huge volume. Therefore, now she is up away in clear blue sky with no overhanging stock to stop the progress - quote from Jesse Livermore, my shifu
2. To earn $$ from the stock market, one must follow the current leader. And Sunningdale is indeed the leader in this sector showing the strongest trend. Trading the market leader, the most powerful stock in the group is the way to go. Please dun go and look for bargain, the weak sister or the potential but not yet run stock, because usually u will waste yr time and $$ on those stocks.
3. The high volume is an indication of real interest in the stock that keep drove the price higher and higher.
Eg. a high of 0.159 was seen on 8 Jan 2014 ( a price that was never seen before since August 2011).
Then another high of 0.194 was seen on 15 Jan 2014.
Therefore, as one can see that the price keep going higher and higher, most importantly with high volume of course. Volume is the key thing here.

4. Profits - the spine of every stock. In the end, it's earnings - profits and profit potential that moves stock.
This company is making good profit since a year ago. And she does have enough cash on hand for merger and expansion too.
5. From a special software charting that I use, it has shown that bankers' $$$ and institutional $$$ are into this counter starting from 8 Jan 2014. Its is good to know that Big players are buying this counter, and it is always profitable to join them.
Therefore, it is still safe to get some because BB and CK have just only started to collect at this early stage.
A later stage which is the left no meat time will be the 25 cents range.
