Hi, it' s me again! Can you imagine slightly over $20 million distributed to shareholders now, but 
the share is still at Rock Bottom Price 20.5cts. Is the company really that sick and no remedy can cure?

Those itchy backside don' t know how to buy in concerto! What' s the hurry to buy now? Just wait the share drops until the pants come off, then buy, lah! Still got nothing to see, don' know buy for what? 
Whew! Just got my share of Cash Distribution and Hanwell dropped. What' s brewing? Guess some blind KNS buy in anticipation of price rise today. Happy days are over currently. Wait for next season! 
Buying at 21 on Thursday shldn' t have made a dif, right. Thx ex-date was 21st June?

The estimated payment date of the Cash Distribution is expected to be on or about 12 July 2019

Good! With this illegal share trading news now, who wants to buy Hanwell anymore without any forth coming good news for the company?

Wow, easy money. Putting 100 lots to sell (S$20,953.80 net) and 100 lots to buy (S$20,545.10 gross) still can make money S$408.70. Not back, Hanwell for Ler Long liked in the Pasar Malam!

Still got 500 over want to buy @20.5cts. Can' t they give up because who knows there may be a shareholder who had passed away and the children find no use of junk stuff and keep throwing away to tidy up. So, please don' t queue and let the selling be done so that it will go back down again to 17 cts and continue its intention 
Can' t understand three hundred over queuing @20.5 cts to buy Hanwell! Why don' t they let the one hundred over or more @21 cts to dispose off as trash and they can all buy cheaper? Hanwell don' t have any more good results to entice buying and it is also a long way for next dividend 
Wow! Can' t help thinking about Capital Distribution 3.6214 cts a share that us shareholders can get in five more trading days time. This rewards from Hanwell is too good to be true. At least, the management knew that Hanwell is a very dull company and to put some excitement for the shareholders, they are returning some money back to shareholders for them to play the game. Let' s wait for the share to go down to 17 cts again, then we can buy cheaply and wait for the next year dividend. Hope it will be 1 cts a share again, then it is worthwhile to deposit in Hanwell than POSB (viz only 0.05%).

Sell 100,000 shares and buy 100,000 shares same person, still can make profit $380/-
(e.g. 100 lots sell @21 cts =$20,940 net and 100 lots buy @20.5 cts = $20,560 gross)

Nothing much to happen now for Hanwell except hoping the shareholders getting their 3.614 cts a share will buy up all the throwaway shares from sellers but with the impending US/Iran conflict, may have to hold up buying also. Go to sleep liked Rip Van Winkle and wake up to buy cheap sales
No rush to buy because there are many 20 cts & 20.5 cts share as these are small money to the seller who he is rich, hence can afford even if the share is sold down to 0.5 cts a share!
