I have wrote to the IR Manager and have recived standard response. I opine that they cannot keep the matter in limbo and have to tell shareholders whether the aforesaid matter have ceased or not.
People is getting impatient, no updates after so long is not a wise move

Already 19 days have passed, wonder why still got no news on the potential privatisation. No news means good news?
If able to break 1.56 again then the next target shall be 1.68, 1.75, 1.92 converge levels. Uptrend still intact as all the key moving averages show an uptrend and hopefully to reach 2.40 (all-time high) a 20% higher than NAV. Let' s put our fingers crossed.

Quarz Capital ups stake in Sunningdale Tech, becomes substantial shareholder

FUND manager Quarz Capital Asia is now deemed a substantial shareholder of Sunningdale Tech, with the purchase of 4,600 shares via a market transaction on Monday having bumped its shareholding to 5.001 per cent.
The bourse filing reporting the change in interest on Tuesday noted that Quarz Capital' s interest in the precision manufacturer entirely comprises deemed interests, and it is deemed interested in the shares in its capacity as investment advisor and fund manager of various funds and accounts.
Jan Moermann, chief investment officer of Quarz Capital, said Sunningdale has progressed well despite the difficult environment, continuing to provide dividends to shareholders and showing strong growth in its healthcare segment. He added that Quarz Capital is proud of Sunningdale for being a domestic producer of surgical masks, which contributes to Singapore' s self-sufficiency in medical consumables.
" The Covid-19 situation provided a great opportunity to increase our stake in this high-quality company at an attractive price," he said. " The company is still trading at an attractive discount to book value and we look forward to it further ramping up its operations in 2021."

DD must be done, takes time. I am very hopeful,just pay about $2 or NAV I will be quite happy, this counter hard to move bcos very ill liquid after the consolidation
Wonder how come till today still got no good news. Should Sunningdale to report the status of the protential deal immediately without further delay.

On Sept 7, fund manager Quarz Capital Asia became a substantial shareholder of Sunningdale Tech, with the purchase of 4,600 shares marginally increasing its shareholding above the 5.0 per cent threshold.
As reported in The Business Times on Sept 8, Jan Moermann, chief investment officer of Quarz Capital noted that Sunningdale had progressed well despite the difficult environment, continuing to provide dividends to shareholders and showing strong growth in its healthcare segment.
