Hydro is dragging, that' s the fact. The first one also took a couple of delays until its commercialisation. The current one waiting for operating licenses is overdue as well, since CNY period? It put the question of whether they are really worth pursuing.
Business-wise, is go by market demand and supply. None of the companies in the industry can be spared, look at AEM, Frencken, UMS, so nothing much to comment on.
Hydro licenses are the key. They need to overcome these red tape.

Before CNY, the quarterly update, mentioned that the 2 hydro plants will get its operating licences as CNY angpows.

Recently I saw report they were fined by MAS for something relating to reporting or what ..
