We all must be thinking can some fellow go clear the 90 lots Q at 605 and 200 lots at 0.61, then it will be on the way up, haha
So we can see is either the BB or the main shareholders still suppressing the price, keep putting on sell Q at 60 cents, dun want to let it fly at the moment.
When u are flithy rich or you got a lot of shares in a company, you can control the price, want it to go up or down as you wish.
endless sellers @ 60cents!

I think its a good price now to jump in. 3.8cts dividend and cash rich.

ya its a cheap price to enter if they maintain their 3.8cents dividend
Recent low is 0.55, recent high is 0.68
Now current at 0.60, it is still consider a safe level to buy with increasingly volume.
