My opinion is the price will go down if collecting the CD entitlement, the shareholders give them to their wives, children, girlfriends or spend them on fine dining, womanising, holidays etc. Hence, the share will go up if the shareholders used the money to buy more shares in the company and help to prop it up. Whichever way the shares go is up to all the shareholders with cash in hand soon.

24.5 cts is the price for next two days before XE. After XE, the price to pick up will be 21 cts or lower. 

 

So surprising! For S$245/- you get return of S$36.14 as interest, yet no rush. Must be very bad times, not enough cash to take advantage.

 

SGX is T+2 now... 
ex date would be Thursday...

Sorry, it should be Hanwell going up to 36 cts will get a pre-advance payment of interest/dividend @10% (i.e. 3.613 cts entitlement without frills). So, park your money on Hanwell before Books Exclosure Date 24 June 2019)!

Thanks for the responding! For the price to reach 28 cts or higher is possible if all the interested ones had same intention. For the price to remain 24.5 cts is also not difficult as it' s small money for loaded guys to absorb lost of only around $1,300 per day for next six trading days. Let' s watch the fun!

Now, should be very clear for investors interested in Hanwell. As been mentioned many times by lots of analysts, Hanwell' s share value is way beyond its current value. The sellings now are from those ' fly by night KNS' who need to make that few bucks for coffee break with their friends. 

Once we get the dividend, investors should know how to play the game henceforth, such that all KNS who touch this counter would always be losers and only make the share easily available for true believers in Hanwell
