Went down to 1.405 but closed higher at 1.45.CouLD b something is brewing or BB p & d strategy!!

I am looking at CDL HT, Frasers HT & Ascendas HT. I prefer those with diversified geographical markets so as to have a balanced risks exposure to income from different markets.
Just form a Mid-Long term view of the tourism prospects of the countries and cities the CDL hotels are in and form your own conclusion. In the short term, no one is really in any kind of good shape - not even the US. :)

Once the economy get better this counter can easily rise above $2. Meantime, just collect dividend of about $100 (1000 share) p.a. They have pretty good breed of Hotels And locations.Not a call to Buy. Dyodd
1st quarter result out this morning. Ok DPU drop marginally to 2.22 cents . A slight diff of 0.22 cents from last year 1st qtr .Japan Hotels will start to contribute revenue on 2nd Qtr . Think 2nd Qtr will boost the DPU. NAV $1.552 . Gearing of 36.7% . Healthy Balance sheet. Current price of 1.425 is trading 0.9x Book Value. Seems a gd price .
It may continue to trend higher after this pause.

Waiting for this one to take off. Dividend of 10.06 cents ,Yield of 6.86% looks quite attractive. NAV $1.59 .
