Guessed things are recovering for Sasseur, judging from unit price today,... cases are still being reported in China though,....

No doubt, for now,... the yield to be announced for the previous qtr will be good, now that the unit price has fallen.
BUT,... moving forward from January 26, the first day when two malls have been closed, and others starting to be closed, rental income will be impacted. The dividend for this qtr will definitely be impacted severely. I don' t think Sasseur REIT will do rental top-ups for us, like what MNACT has done for the previous and the current qtr' s.

Google map show, Anhui is about 10.5 hours to 11 hours ride by car toward west.
Anhui is another province next to Hubei (Google map)
