Yup.  The results should be known by 18th May 2023.  According to the announcement,  any access fund as a result of any unsuccessful rights application will be credited back to the applicant' s account by this date.

My allocated rights subscription was credited today.  Still waiting for any access if allocated. 

 

I think 10th May is the last day of acceptance.    The results will be about 1 or 2 days after that.

Stocks bought through SRS don't appear in CDP. Don't think can do that.

The Proforma calculations for KIT indicates that no matter how many units are raised at the completion of this Placement plus Pref Offering (EFR) Exercise, the DIPU will still be accretive. Going into the details of this Proforma calculations, we will identify that this proforma is made against the FY2022, ie it is as if the EFR has been completed in FY2022.

A major ' inaccuracy' of this exercise pertains to the debt amortisation of the Keppel-Merlimau Cogen (KMC) asset. The debt amortisation of KMC says the debt for this property needs to be paid back starting from this year, June 2023, and the amt to be paid back is $88mil per year, for the next few years. Hence, with this event, I beg the question : will the DIPU still be accretive post-EFR ? With the increase in the number of units, will our dpu suffer due to a reduced DIPU ? Should we subscribe to this Pref Offering ?
