How long normally this type of deal will take ?..also how long can they sell their Taiwan business and give back shareholders money ? Supposed total time waiting will take a year or so ....Any hints from forumers ?

Shareholders can either opt for the share distribution of cash valuing each (new) share at 4.05c. On top of that, there seems to be a USD15 mil available for distribution as well, which if my calculation is not wrong is nearly a cent a share.

So, if my interpretation of what is stated in the pre-offer doc is correct, each share is worth abt 54c. Hope some brothers/sisters here can help verify this. And .... are we optimistic of a competing offer to bring abt a px war?
