1. Most or All ports would be moved to TUAS
2. Prima currently located on Keppel Road would have to re-locate.
3. PRIMA likely to have a bigger role in TT INTL:
A. WAREHOUSE in Jurong East nearer to the TUAS PORTS
B. RE-LOCATE to Jurong East TT Intl ?
do you realize 100 lots at $0.198 and $0.199 difference is only $100 ? meaning......

Ask those who sold Aussino, Innopac at below $0.20, what are their comments ? The difference between $0.199 and $0.235
Sometimes there might be a lot contra players around. So they dont have holding powers.
for those QUICK to sell at between $ 0.199 to 0.20, you simply just Don't Get It.

IF YOU buy all 3000 lots at $0.198, difference you pay is only EXTRA $ 3000 only ?

Prima now sitting on land leased by PSA. Understands PSA wants to take it back to develop. (just beside Vivo)
Anyhow guess : Prima investing in TT Intl = shifting their warehouse operations to Jurong East ?
