Well, lets face the fact. Krisenergy is a sinking ship with its current debt. If there is no support for their restructuring proposal, everyone dies except the RCF bank. For me, as long as they can par down the rediculously high recovery level for ZCN holders from their initial proposal and increase the recovery level for the unsecured debt holders and existing shareholders, I will be happy, which they did so in their final proposal.

Final proposal doesn' t seem like a good deal, any views?

Anyone attending the virtual  2nd Informal Investor Meeting tomorrow? Can help to share any new questions raised to the  Restructuring Proposal during the Q& A?

In particular, why was the ZCNs holder given such a high recovery rate (79% to 92%), given that in a liquidation senario, the expected returns is 0%, compared to the unsecured debt holders, whose recovery rate is expected to be 16% to 30%, where given in a liquidation senario, the expected returns is also 0%. Shouldnt the ZCN holders also be given a substantial impairment on the debt to equity, though as ZCN are secured debt, they should have a higher recovery than the unsecured debt holders.

I am not a security holder of the warrents and ZCNs, so I cant attend the session or raise questions.

KrisEnergy secures loan for Apsara oil project offshore Cambodia

KrisEnergy (Apsara) and KrisEnergy (Cambodia) have entered a credit facility agreement with Kepinvest Singapore covering a loan of up to $87 million.

SINGAPORE &ndash KrisEnergy (Apsara) and KrisEnergy (Cambodia) have entered a credit facility agreement with Kepinvest Singapore covering a loan of up to $87 million.

This will be used to help fund development of parent group KrisEnergy&rsquo s offshore Cambodia block A Apsara oil and gas field development in the Khmer basin of the Gulf of Thailand.

A minimum facilities wellhead platform is currently under construction. Due to uncertainties over production from the Khmer basin, the Apsara development is being phased to mitigate risk and provide time for compiling and analyzing data.

If further phases of the development do proceed, KrisEnergy anticipates peak production is expected between 2024 and 2026.

The present Mini Phase 1A is designed to incur minimum costs to first oil and comprises the mini-platform and five initial development wells connected to the Ingenium II production barge for oil, gas and water processing.

At least two of the five wells will target fault blocks where exploration wells were successful.

Mini Phase 1A is expected to deliver first oil later this year, building to 7,500 b/d.

some country has finally acheive what they set out to do by dumping to fill up their competitor storage space.
all storage going full at their competitor critical storage location so their competitor cannot pump out anymore.
smart move but may be counter later by anti dumping actions later. maybe other actions will also follows...
