Potential Corporate exercise = back-door listing? This announcement is inconclusive but much better than previous template reply of 6 Jan 2014 " we are not aware of any information..." . Thus Share price may hit > 40c soon. DYODD (vested).
ANNOUNCEMENT (7.52pm)
1. INCREASE IN SHARE PRICE
The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Ossia International Limited (the &ldquo Company&rdquo ) has noted and refers to the increase in our Company&rsquo s share price recently.
2. POTENTIAL CORPORATE EXERCISE
The Board of Directors would like to announce that:-
(i) As part of its business, the Company explores projects on an on-going basis. The Company is continuously exploring the possibilities of potential corporate exercises. However, no specific proposals have been received by the Board at
the present time.
(ii) If there is any development, the Company will, in compliance with the disclosure requirements of the SGX-ST Listing Manual, make the relevant disclosures at the appropriate time.
3. CAUTION
In view of the above, shareholders and investors of the Company are reminded to exercise caution when dealing in shares in the Company, and to refrain from taking any action in relation to shares in the Company which may be prejudicial to their interests.
