Moya projects are in Indonesia n highly profitable whereas hyflux projects are in Singapore and all over the world. Naturally, Moya can use to takeover hyflux, but then it become a reverse takover and drag on their earnings. Salim group has the money n time to nurture Hyflux back to health, then maybe merge in the future.

Why buy Hyflux when Salim gp has this public listed stock ? Indonesian very funny own company should inject $400M in it instead of Hyflux.
