Superb results....earnings up 34% n rev up 32%.....
Sold mine @ 3.32 last Friday. Tired of waiting while watching tons of counters go up.

Cannot get at $3.32 even if you place yr buy queue immediately after trading hour.Seems that the buy-in agent have priority over retailers.

Your Vote Counts. " Head-Count" Condition greater than 50%. Of the total no. of shareholders present and voting in person or by proxy at the Scheme Meeting, more than 50% in number must vote to approve the Scheme. DO NOTHING DOES NOT COUNT.

Not necessary to attend as someone mentioned it is by default you are in favour of the scheme.Even if you did not mark on the form,it is taken as in favor.

It is important to vote because there are certain conditions (in terms of % of share) to be satisfied for the motion to pass through.

By the way, I remembered I voted during the ARA Scheme meeting day itself, on the spot. The Scheme managers have several people at the meeting and you can sign the form on the spot. The Scheme meeting is 10am, 30 Nov at Suntec Convention Rm 405

I voted online since my GLP shares are in Citi custodian.
By the way, the default is " For the Scheme" so in case you did not have a chance to vote.
I received all documents from GLP through email as well you may want to call GLP Investment Relation if you need the full documents.

the earlier the better. If can get payment in end December, then Christmas really come " early" .
From past experience, the payment will likely be earlier than 19 January. I expect it to be first week January if not end December.

For those who still holding out for the final $3.38 payment, the Scheme Document are in Scheme Meeting on 30 Nov, 10am, Suntec Convention Hall 405. Judging by the last meeting during AGM, this one should be a home run. If the Scheme is approved, payment expected by 19 January 2018 (looks like the consortium is honoring SH request for and early CNY Ang Pow to all SH).
