在 12月 1日 召 开 的 国 际 水 务 论 坛 上 ， 中 国 工 商 联 环 境 商 会 秘 书 长 骆 建 华 透 露 ， 《 水 污 染 防 治 行 动 计 划 》 (水 十 条 )已 通 过 国 务 院 几 个 部 门 认 证 ， 预 计 将 在 本 月 的 国 务 院 常 务 会 议 上 审 议 通 过 并 颁 布 。 此 外 ， 由 发 改 委 起 草 的 《 环 境 污 染 第 三 方 治 理 指 导 意 见 》 也 将 在 本 月 出 台 。
据 上 证 报 报 道 ， 水 十 条 是 继 《 大 气 污 染 防 治 行 动 计 划 》 (大 气 十 条 )之 后 ， 我 国 又 一 项 重 大 污 染 防 治 计 划 ， 计 划 在 5年 内 带 动 至 少 2万 亿 元 投 资 需 求 。 恰 逢 国 务 院 创 新 投 融 资 机 制 ， 鼓 励 民 资 进 入 环 保 等 领 域 。 工 业 污 水 处 理 行 业 前 景 广 阔 ， 有 望 得 到 资 金 重 点 关 注 。 11月 27日 ， 一 位 环 保 部 官 员 表 示 ， 目 前 &ldquo 水 十 条 &rdquo 已 经 完 成 部 委 会 签 ， 在 等 待 国 务 院 常 务 会 议 审 议 ， 目 前 来 看 ， &ldquo 水 十 条 &rdquo 今 年 出 台 的 可 能 性 很 大 。 一 位 接 近 环 保 部 的 人 士 表 示 ， &ldquo 水 十 条 &rdquo 是 今 年 环 保 部 的 重 点 规 划 工 作 之 一 ， 一 旦 实 施 ， 带 动 的 总 投 资 预 计 超 过 2万 亿 元 ， 将 会 对 现 有 水 市 场 的 投 资 产 生 重 要 影 响 。
对 此 ， 业 内 有 分 析 预 测 称 ， &ldquo 水 十 条 &rdquo 出 台 后 ， 若 仅 考 虑 重 点 地 区 污 水 厂 在 3年 内 完 成 改 造 、 单 位 投 资 按 &ldquo 十 二 五 &rdquo 规 划 中 平 均 约 525元 /吨 进 行 估 算 ， 则 年 投 资 需 求 或 达 108亿 元 。 响 群 众 多 、 公 众 关 注 度 高 的 黑 臭 水 体 ， 下 决 心 治 理 好 ， 大 幅 减 少 甚 至 消 灭 掉 ； 通 过 这 两 头 来 带 动 中 间 一 般 水 体 的 水 污 染 防 治 。

This stock keep rising, and still no boday shouting ?
This thread has been too quiet for a stock that has risen from $0.80 to $1.00 in the last 5 weeks. That is a 25% rise given the kind of market that we are trading in.
$1.50 would be great!

your case is far better mine. 1.4 sure will come back soon since it will become a china gov controlled company after RTO.

Yeah , i was a fool as i should have unloaded at $1.40 (post consolidation price) before the steep plunge to $0.80.
Anyway, cant control the past but can control the future. Hoping the stock price will deliver its true value soon.
you even did' t sell while it was dollar plus?
I hold 2000lots for years @ 0.035-0.04
regret to sell around 0.044. otherwise I am richer now, :(
