This seems to be a turnaound story after bad decisions and mistakes of the past.
Balance sheet has been cleaned up and underperforming businesses discontinued.
Just buy some to keep in the locker and let the market re-rate it' s valuation in due course.
Just my thots.

Thank you bro. You are correct and accurate in your calculations. however, given that there is no trading volume, it makes more sense to sell. lack of volume in Singapore market makes it very hard to review and show up the true value of the company.
Not to mention we have so many instruments to short sights, says, how are the little buyers overcome the Humongous selling volume.
That' s the reason why I have been calling cell to not go against the trend. In this way, we still have higher hopes of making some money.
