added more 31 today
looks like going to be like zhonxin fruits soon
Just to share in general, the reson arise when Yiguo file for bankruptcy while
in cash book still owe huge amount to SMF, which raise a concern of
operation / sustainability of operation of SMF. it was suspended while waiting for the
outcome of the ruling from court. When the ruling is out, SMF have to
show prove that the company is in compliance to sustainability before sgx
will resume it' s trading status. All these involve book tidy up, cash support, business plan etc,
will takes great effort to do it while keeping the company running as per normal.
nevertheless, job is done and we are trading, with investor willing to pump in money,
no good? depends on px la, you have to decide your trade.

Pending the deployment of the Net Proceeds for the abovementioned intended purpose, the Net Proceeds may be deposited with banks and/or financial institutions, invested in short-term money markets or debt instruments and/or marketable securities, or used for any other purpose on a short-term basis as the Directors may in their absolute discretion deem fit.
The Directors are of the opinion that, after taking into consideration the present bank facilities of the Group and the Net Proceeds, the working capital available to the Group is sufficient to meet its present requirements.
Placee will hold 13-14pc after completion of placement.
