According to EDGE article, last week, Oxley has pre-sold more than 2,000 residential units at the Royal Wharf and the first block will attain " TOP" in May 2016, where the remaining 80% remain for future buyers. Phase I will be completed by end 2017.
Same article mentioned, Oxley has un-billing revenue, $1.7b from oversea projects and can be recognised when the projects are completed. In S' pore, it has $1.6b unbilling revenue of more than $500m comeing from Oxley Tower -  project completed date sometime by 2017.

A  first movers in Cambodia and Myanmar.  Can see from  his advertisements of the PEAK, located with Shangri-la.  Future upcoming portfolio include hotels in Japan, S' pore, Phnom Penh and KL.

Oxley is also considering option listing its property in Malaysia and or in S' pore  to raise more equity. Mr Ching Chiat Kwong is an interesting owner.
Most recently he bot some share in IHC which is related to takeover (M& A)  Healthyway. IHC has some property down-under in Australia, business in China n M' sia.

Oxley boss is rising, first retail bond, 4-yr Bond, offering up to SGD$125 millions. 5.00% P.A. interest.
Will help run  IHC, will be able to  help Healthway  " in due course" . IHC  is in into property play, with Healhtway n Reits play in other countries.
It is  expects to go building hospital that will aim to serve the top 10% n middle income group, and regional area' s down under in Aussies.

MEDICAL CLINICS IS HOT PROPERTY.
Private healthcare provider Raffles Medical, acquired 10 clinics around the region as it seeks to increase revenue from overseas.
With 10 more clinics, it hope to rise it share turnover to more than 50%.
Healthway Medical  is in good hands. Worth more.  :)
More visiting clinic as haze psi hitting unhealhty level.
Think breaking out of 0.043c

In this counter at $0.041 and now $0.039

quick look into IHC assets shows that they are assets rich, with properties in China, Japan and Australia.
They also have a few projects in their pipeline which includes a mixed development in Msia, KL. The assets in theses region seems to be where Oxley is active in as well.
With a NAV of 14.5c (Not even looking at their RNAV), it seems to us that IHC might be a steal at current level.
But the real action might only come if the duo continues shoring up shares of IHC to a certain level, maybe near 30% in total (Which they have. Combined staked now is nearing 23%), which could trigger a fight for IHC shares, causing price to surge.
Eric Low, deputy CEO of Oxley. NextInsight file photoAlso, a recently approved share buy back mandate might also provide some support to the share price.
One thing to note though is that IHC has does not have much revenue and profits, which in turn leads to poor cash flow.
This potentially could be a problem if the co still does not do anything to their existing assets.
(They previously had wanted to takeover HMC, which will improve their cash flow, but the deal seems to be a no go now after share price has collapsed).
So, what do you think?

02 Oct 2015 09:00 -- By Cai Haoxiang. Oxley duo buying into Int' l Healthway Corp
TWO men behind boutique developer Oxley Holdings are buying into International Healthway Corporation (IHC), prompting some market observers to wonder whether the duo are eyeing the property assets of the Catalist-listed medical property developer.
A disclosure on Sept 29  showed Ching Chiat Kwong, executive chairman and CEO of Oxley, now has a substantial stake of 12.1%.
Oxley' s deputy CEO Eric Low See Ching' s stake stands at 6.13% based on a Sept 25 disclosure.
Recently market trend is pump n dump nothing special. So if got profit just throw n swap to another counter
