The buy and sell queues mostly BBs tickets. Means ? They in control. Unlke other BBs in blumont who will char blumont from 10 cents to $2 and then gained from "stock marketlism" , Rowsley BBs are a bit different.

Good and bad. Good Means their focus is on real business developments. Bad for short term speculators and traders.

Who have so many tickets to keep "throwing" ? Shortists ? Nah.
Directors just cashed out a bit and will not spoil their own "golden goose value". Another reason dirextors cashed out is a sign of protest or show of dissatisfaction ? This is internal . I wont know .

Most holders are holding 15 cents and above. Most still holding.

So i am very sure the current Buy and Sell queues belong to same BBs mostly.

Thus, kuai sei. Means check the "terrains of developments" . Dont rush. BBs not so simple BBs. 1sr tranche near to good man Ng Ser Miang entry price is not too bad.

Stock Exchange Hotel expected to be ready this year. That nostalgic feel like Raffles Hotel. Good in that it is not too scale boutique style. Easy to manage.

Rowsley's current venture consists Singapore, Iskandar, Manchester Regions.

Property development, Food & Hospitality, Medical, Architect & related Engineering.

Iskandar land is prime land in Iskandar Zone A. Fully paid up. Freehold.

Manchester few projects have potential. One is prime land too. (Good location)

In Manchester, they have a good partner in BCEGI.

Architect Business & related engineering I dont know much seriously. Just know RSP is top 5 in Sibgapore ?

Food & related well....if i were to do it, i will do it a bit differently . ■ It is a pity they didnt explore the Beer Markets. If they partner with CR 7 + another big name brewery company and build a beer brand say CR7 and target Spain, Vietnam, China, India, other SEA, Japan , Korea may be a big hit .■

Hotel Football can be a good concept. When a global chain is members linked, huge potential for value added business.

Medical wise they should be experts as they have experienced people.

All said, they must have a good CEO a do-er. E.g. Yanlord CEO. Yanlord rise as a property developer is phenomenal. Of course , most who started out to develop projects in China 1st 2nd tier cities in early 2000s most hit jackpots and become established developers. There is this Fujian developer Ming Fa become billiinaire after developing a big project in China Jiangsu 2nd tier city. When you bought the big piece of land at RMB 1000 per sqm and later sell progressively at RMB 4000, 5000, 6000, now 18000 to 20,000. : )

Ironically, Rowsley seems to "have all the ready ingredients for Success". Thus Rowsley performance now to me is extremely Under Achieving. This is an unpleasant surprise to all the market watchers.

Btw, they have approved MTN facility $500 mil to draw from. Think balance $400 mil. They are quite prudent which is quite good.
Think they want to aim well and strike it well.

As for Ah Tuck, take some give back some will make him a more beautiful person.

Now when you said that I suddenly can feel some pressure onto my shoulders.

1. I give buy call basis my reasonings. Trust you read them and consider all factors 1st.
2. Buy a bit 1st. Always have budget in your buy plans.
E.g. say if you intend to buy 100 lot. Maybe can jeep 50 lot 1st.
If you intend to jeep 1000 lot, jeep 250 lot 1st.

Should be seeing income and revenue going up after 3 years. can check this out again when its cheaper and have potential for better results.

Mr lim is a deal maker but his people does not hv the capability to make his plan work. St michael stucked, sky vantage stucked his valencia lagi cannot make it. His vision is worth nothing if he cant execute. Holding this share is becoming a nightmare. From believer become hoper to now, no hoper. Want to jump ship also no chance. Hiaz.
