even certain ppl want to push-down mkt prices ............... fundamentally if you look at their main hip biz (now) you should be able to gauge where the biz is heading at least for the next year ............... so do the right thing

Trade halt just lifted, after confirmation of the news of sale of shares to new major shareholder.
Buy queue now is extremely strong to absorb any downside reaction, and the price has hardly budged. Sell queue is very thin.
Looks like price should continue upwards surpassing $1.

Guess this stock would shoot, since downside risk is till 0.90 while upside is much more
It' s not cityneon sold at 90c.. its 52% of shares held by Lavini sold at 90c.. and the new shareholder has no intention of privatizing it..
Guys, I think we have got things wrong here? It' s purely buying 52% of the shares by another investing company at 90c. And now this company is holding majority shares at 90c, do you think they will let the shares go below thier buying price?

what will happen if we do not accept the offer?
Just checking, if the tender price is lower than the market price, wouldn' t the shareholders reject the bid and make the takeover futile?
