No one knows whether TH is still having any holdings. At this point TH should clarify.. Ezion should also reveal who are the major shareholders at the point of liquidation and made known to court and public. 🤬 🤬 🤬

sgx regulator should make it a point that halt trading must be lifted after 3 months, there should not be such a thing as indefinite halt, suka suka let the mgmt of listed companies to keep drawing their dues from shareholders' investment in their companies while trading is halted. hope there is a consititution of this implemented

I think unlucky also. Yison supposed to save then Covid hit. Taiwan deal supposed to help. Then cancelled.. the management did their best. But just a debt too much to pay with depreciating assets
Lucky to lose just a few Ks.
Ezion have made many investors lose a lot of money by not resuming trading earlier.

I don?t trust SG counters anymore. 90% are nonsense. Was hit by the s chips 10 yrs back . Now this. Prob not destined to buy stocks. Looking at the shale companies in USA. How hard they got hit also don?t hv to liquidate

Yes. Honestly, you and I know. The management knows, too. Question is whether the other players see value in it and the synergy that can be fostered. The collaboration should have been done way long ago since two years or more has passed and if they had made the collaboration through earlier they could have ride the recent boom in oil price and benefit themselves. Unfortunately, there is no such value or synergy to be explored, for whatsoever reason. Minority shareholders are once again at stake. Cheers.
