Time to ride up above 0.06!

Hi Im a newbee here   I don' t know when I bought this counter(China Intl Holdings Ltd) must be many donkey years back ,somehow I have only now 400 shares & divdend is $0.30 per share
Would it be better to take the shares (480 shares)   or cash of $120?? Seems the counter is flat @ $0.26 currently for quite a while
