perps can just delay payments, no need pay dividends if no money. That' s the beauty of perps.. I highly doubt they will be redemming anytime soon since with the sale of their plants did not materialize. But, dividends, i think they should still be paying since they have already paid ordinary shareholders via a dividned in speci...

I have some shares in this.. concerned when seeing the sharp drop in price.
Actually not sure how the bonds works,   how do they redeem by the bonds? Is it by 2020 they have to fully redeem the bonds? At the prevailing share price by then or?
sorry newbie in such bonds.

Agreed. Any qualified opinion from the Board on the Hyflux' s ability to continue as a going concern  should announce via SGX announcement.

 

i am sure if they share such response, it will be through proper channels and not via email. This will be considered insider info. But thanks for pushing them to do something anyway. But, i am still quite comfortable hyflux will not bankrupt, the only question will be on whether april will be redeemed a not. But, the financials for dec will show it all. So, end feb will have a clear picture by then. Till then, its gg to be a see-saw.
